Chris -- I love you. I know plenty of gay/bi guys, but most of them are a lot older than you before they come out. Most come out in college. It WILL get easier when you're older -- after you're 18 I'll take you out to the clubs here in Raleigh and introduce you to a whole flock of gay/bi/trans/queens/genderconfused peoples.
